Dan Flynn (Executive Director)

Dan holds a Real Estate Agent's Licence and has spent 30 years in the corporate finance sector.

His experience includes six years as Director and General Manager of London Securities Ltd, a finance company that he established and listed on the stock exchange.

Other roles include Corporate Banking Manager with Associated Midlands, State Manager for Hunter BNZ Finance, and State Leasing Manager for Beneficial Finance.

His broad experience encompasses marketing, sales and administration, commercial mortgage provision, operating and finance leasing, hire purchase, property subdivision, factory and plant finance, and general finance activities.

Dan is Managing Director of his own company, Commercial Finance and Mortgage Pty Ltd.

He has an outstanding reputation for ethical practice and brings to Venture Forth valuable negotiating skills and experience in underwriting funding, debenture issues, prospectus preparation and capital-raising.
